Your Scout Handbook has a lot of information regarding Youth and Adult Leadership positions, Committee and Charter positions and their respective responsibilities. These requirements have been established to help build and maintain an excellent Scouting program designed so the Scouts can develop and run the activities of the team.This new course is a training ground used to help those Varsity Ages boys and Adult leaders learn how to DO those activities. It teaches boys leadership and responsibility. It teaches them to love the outdoors and work with adult counterparts to create a program that will be of interest to any boy. This program is integrated tightly with the boys and is designed to provide hands-on application of the skills learned form within the course.
