 KABOUR TOSS The traditional Kabour was a 12-foot log, 1 foot in diameter. This is a competitive event to see who can throw the log the longest distance. Scores based on distance will be marked on each individual's score card and posted on the bulletin boards.. A scaled down log will be used. LOG SAW This is a two-man (Scout) event to see who can cut through a log using an old fashioned 2 handled saw. This event will be timed, with scores marked on each card and the best team will be posted each day. ATL'ATLS This primitive form of archery presents boys wityh a special thrill. The history is deep and the distance is long. SCRIMSHAW In the days of old, drawings engraved on the but of your gun, powderhorns, knife handles, etc. was agreat way to enhance the value of the goods you would be trading.
