2015 Awards Banquet
"You should know something about the process of the District Award of Merit. First, someone desires to recognize the scouting service of another by completing a nomination form. This form is turned in to our district award chairman. If there are many nominations, the award chairman forms his selection committee and they each carefully review the nomination forms and make the selection of a few people to receive the award. Each of you knows someone who deserves to be recognized. I challenge you to each complete a nomination form." - Lyndon Ricks
