Tour Permits The local tour permit below is the latest version from national. Several new fields are included and you can fill out the form on line then print it to turn it in. If you fax a permit to one of the Council Offices, please call that office after faxing the permit to receive your approval information. If your leader's guide information includes a tour permit form, please check to make sure it is the most recent version of the tour permit form. Effective for tours as of January 1, 2009, at least one adult must have completed Planning and Preparing for Hazardous Weather (Weather Hazards) training. You must take this training online through your MyScouting account. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
