The Order of the Arrow is the Honor Society of the Scouting program. The Order of the Arrow is dedicated to the service of others. We serve the community by providing more that 18000 hours of community service every year. We are also dedicated to promoting leadership skills to our members. There are many opportunities to fullfill leadership positions in the chapters and lodge levels and improve leadership skills in the troop. We also offer specialized leadership training programs including intesive week long leadership courses available only to Order of the Arrow members.
