The Salt Lake Tribune needs your help.  The paper will be dedicating a portion of its Close-up section each week to volunteers who have made a difference in their communities.  Do you know of any BSA volunteers who might be deserving of attention?  If so, the Tribune wants to hear about them.  Here's the information we need.

(1) Who the volunteer is.

(2) The city where he/she lives.

(3) The program your volunteer participates in.

(4) A brief description about why your volunteer deserves attention (try to keep it under 100 words).

(5) A contact number so the Tribune can verify the information.
