District Meetings are held the first Thursday of every month.

• 7:00 to 7:40 - District Committee Meeting. All district staff, commissioners, committee members, and sub committee members are invited to attend. All Commissioners should attend with their appropriate scouting family.
• 7:40 to 8:15 - District Commissioner Staff Meeting. District Commissioners, Assistant District Commissioners, Unit Commissioners, and Round Table Commissioners nee to attend.
• 8:15 to 8:30 - Announcements from all scouting families (special invitation to COR's).
• 8:30 to 9:00 - Stake Key Scouter's meeting. Stake Presidency member over scouting, assistant District Commissioner, Unit commissioners and COR;s from each ward are asked to attend.
• 9:00 - Relationship Committee meeting every other month.
