2014 Utah Scouting Expo Commercial Booth Registration
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in this year’s Utah Scouting Expo! The Utah Scouting Expo is an event where Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity and Venturing units, along with council programs, put on games, displays and demonstrations. Over 15,000 Scouters and their family members come and enjoy the events. Businesses make a wonderful contribution to this council-wide event, and we invite you to be a part of our event’s success!
The Utah Scouting Expo will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the South Towne Expo Center. The show hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Set up is Friday, May 16, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Costs are very reasonable:
$250 for a 10'x10' booth on the end cap or $500 for a 10'x20' booth on the end cap.
Electricity is available for $100.00 if standard; please call if you have a special request.
Internet access is available for purchase through the South Towne Expo Center.
We will have tables and chairs for rent. Tables are $12.00 and chairs are $6.00. You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs.
Units: Please use this application only if your Unit or Company will be selling
or marketing a product; otherwise please use the unit booth application.
