2014 Utah Scouting Expo Booth Application
When: Saturday, May 17, 2014 9am-4pm
Where: South Towne Expo Center
9575 S State Street, Sandy
Cost: Booth space is free to Scouting units.
There is an additional $100 charge if you need electricity in your booth,
or if you want to rent tables ($12 each) and chairs ($3 each) for the event.
You are allowed to bring your own tables and chairs.
If you need Wifi access please contact South Towne Expo Center.
Units will receive 10% commission on their ticket sales for having a booth at
the Utah Scouting Expo.
Booth set-up is Friday evening from 4pm to 9pm. No set-up will be allowed Saturday morning.
Registration deadline is April 17, 2014, but space is limited and we will shut registration down early if we reach capacity, so register today!
