2013 Varsity Big Event Staff Registration
Date: Wednesday, June 12, 2013 through Saturday, June 15, 2013
Where: Hinckley Scout Ranch (formerly East Fork of the Bear Scout
Cost: $3.00 per person per day
Meals are available for an additional fee. There will be an
additional $5 per meal on any meals ordered after
May 31. A meal card will need to be shown at all meals.
If you have special dietary needs, please plan to bring your own food.
For Kids Camp it has been suggested that the children remain with the Kids
Camp staff members all day, and they will have lunch as a group, so that
adult staff members have the freedom to fulfill their assignments without the
worry of their own children for lunch. Kids Camp staff members will take the
children to lunch. If you do not wish to purchase lunch, please provide a
sack lunch of your own for your child(ren).
All Staff members MUST be currently registered members of the Boy Scouts
of America and will need their member ID number to register as staff.
Medical forms are required for each individual.
