There is an additional charge if you need electricity in your booth, or if you want to use the tables and chairs provided at the event.
You can bring your own tables and chairs if you'd like.
Booth set-up is Friday evening from 4pm to 9pm. No set-up will be allowed Saturday morning.
Money for electricity, tables and chairs cancellation will be refunded in full through March 28, 2013. From March 29 through April 12, 2013 the refund will be 50%. There will be NO refunds after April 12, 2013. Booth cancellations after April 12, 2013 will forfeit booth commission, and will not be guaranteed a booth in 2014.
