We’re extremely excited to announce that we have arranged for our Scouts to
camp at Solder Hollow, one of the venues for the 2002 Olympic Games!
The location has an average daytime temperature in February of 39°,
dropping to 12° at night. We expect between six and eighteen inches of snow.
As usual, our Klondike Derby will feature a campfire activity
(including skits and songs) on Friday evening; flag ceremony
on Saturday morning. We will also offer awesome activity stations
and great inter-troop competition Saturday after flag ceremony;
the awards ceremony (including troop prizes) will be held just
before lunchtime; bonus activities will be available after lunch.
