Finger-lickin Good Tar Babies

3 lb Chicken wings � cup Pineapple juice

2 T Olive oil 4-6 Cloves garlic

1 cup Soy sauce

2 cup Brown Sugar

2 T Hot sauce

Brown wings in oil. In separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients. Add to chicken. Cook until sauce becomes nice & gooey, stirring often.

Jalapeno peppers Bacon strips cut in half

Cream cheese softened Toothpicks

Paprika or favorite BBQ seasoning

Cut peppers in half and remove rib and seeds. (Be careful! Wear plastic gloves and whatever you do DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES!) Fill pepper halves with cream cheese. Sprinkle with paprika or BBQ seasoning. Wrap with � slice bacon, securing with a toothpick. Put in Dutch Oven, trying not to stack peppers. (One layer works best.) Put lid on and bake for 30-45 minutes or until bacon is done.

NOTE: A dozen peppers cut in half will fill the bottom of a 12" Dutch Oven. One block of cream cheese will fill more than 24 pepper halves. Adjust quantities for the size of your crowd.

Shrimp Queso Dip

4 cups shredded Mexican Cheese blend 1 small can salad shrimp

1 large red pepper 2 tsp cumin

1 cup half & half Salt to taste

2/3 cup finely chopped onion Tortilla chips

An 8-inch oven works best. Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
