Trainer Development Conference is advanced training for all adult leaders who wish to continue their skills in Training. This action packed day consists of learning about the following skills: Leadership in Training Leaders, Communications, Characteristics of a Good Trainer, Visual Aids (flip charts, flannel boards etc.), Powerpoint presentations, Use of Computers in Training, Training methods, Training resources, Pizzazz in Training, and others subjects will be covered.
A certificate for completing Trainers Development Conference will be a requirement for being a member of advanced training teams in the Council.
Participants are encouraged to be in uniform and bring their own pen or pencil. Handouts and a binder are usually provided.
