The Great Salt Lake Council is proud to announce that the management of Council Scout Shops is now under the National Supply Group of the Boy Scouts of America.
The Utah Territory Manager for the Supply Group is Ken Holmes.
Ken Holmes has spent the last 27 years working for the Boy Scouts of America. Ken is an Eagle Scout. He and his wife Diane are the parents of 8 children and have one grandson.
Customers should visit the new stores that are now open. Stores have increased the number of hours they are open and have a wider variety of items that are available. Come check out our new stores!
Foothill Scout Shop
The store manager at the Foothill Scout Shop is Michele Eldredge.
Michele is a Pro-Tech in the BSA Supply Group and will coordinate efforts of all three Scout Shops. Michele is from Conyers, Georgia. She has a BS in Psychology from Georgia State and has worked for the Supply Group ever since. Michele and her husband Jason are excited about living in Salt Lake City.
Scout Shop Central
The store manager at Scout Shop Central is Jodi Wayman.
Jodi has been with the Great Salt Lake Council Scout Store since 1991. Jodi has worked at both the South Valley Scout Shop and the Foothill Scout Shop. She and her husband JC enjoy camping and 4-wheeling. Jodi also enjoys scrap booking and is looking forward to the new challenge this position will bring.
South Valley Scout Shop
The store manager at the South Valley Scout Shop is Diana Brewer.
Diana has lived in Sandy for 20 years. Her husband David is the Assistant Dean of Business at UVSC. They have 5 children, including 2 boys whom have earned the Eagle Scout Award, and 4 grandchildren.
