MEMBERSHIP AND DUES
Enrollment in the Wood Badge Association is automatic upon completion of a Wood Badge course. Your first year of membership is free of charge. To continue enrollment in the Association, a donation of $5 each year is requested (amount will change to $10 in 2009). Money that comes into the Association is used to further the advancement of Wood Badge courses and to provide scholarships for those that may not be able to fully afford the cost to attend a course. Lifetime Memberships are available for $100.00.
Funds collected by the Association are also used to purchase items used by the GSLC Wood Badge courses, such as, the purchase of a wood chipper, cooking equipment, tents and other supplies.
Membership dues are renewable for the calendar year by visiting our booth at popular events such as Scout-O-Rama, University of Scouting, College of Commisioners Science and POW WOW. You can also register on-line at the GSLC website by selecting the link below.
