Space Exploration Merit Badge. We will be building and launching (twice) basic rockets with assistance from UROC on their test range.

Preparation
In order to accomplish the merit badge requirements, we will be holding two �Build it Nights�. (August 21, Sept 11)
Cost
Cost for the camp is $12. Early bird discounted cost is $9 (before August 15)
Each scout leader is encouraged to pre-order (pre-pay) the number of rockets needed for their group. Reserve through Jeff Gardner (working to set this up on district web page)
Launch Facilities
UROC will provide a multi-rocket launch pad for our launches.
Fires and Water
It is not known at this time whether fires will be permitted, but we anticipate that they will not. There are no facilities for water at this camping area. Portable restroom will be provided by the District.
