There is an additional charge if you need electricity in your booth, or if you want to use the tables and chairs provided at the event.
You can bring your own tables and chairs if you'd like.
This year you must do all booth set-up Friday evening. No set-up will be allowed Saturday morning.
Money for electricity, tables and chairs cancellation will be refunded in full through March 30, 2012. From March 31 through April 13, 2012 the refund will be 50%. There will be NO refunds after April 13, 2012. Booth cancellations after April 13, 2012 will forfeit booth commission, and will not be guaranteed a booth in 2013.
